At Gild we want you to invest and hold onto your pieces forever. With this in mind, we offer free returns and a full refund on all purchases – no questions asked.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of your order and items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags and packaging attached.
We have made sure our returns process is easy. Simply email hello@gildthelabel.com.au to request a free return shipping label. Then pop it on our reusable mail satchel and return to us.
